A Turnitin Error 124 means the grades/feedback entered in the document viewer within Turnitin haven’t synced with the Grade Centre in Backboard, and as such, when a student tries to view their grades/feedback they will receive the following error.
To resolve an Error 124 you will need to re-sync the grades between Turnitin and Blackboard for that assignment.
To do this, go to the Blackboard site that contains the assignment, and select Course Tools > Turnitin Assignments from the Course Management area.
On the page that follows, locate the assignment where Sharon is seeing the error and click the matching “Sync Grades” link
Shortly after clicking the link you’ll receive a screen to confirm that the grades have been synchronised.
After this you should be able to access you feedback.
