If you are seeing the message, “Local image paste has been disabled. Local images have been removed from pasted content”, while pasting an image into the Blackboard content editor, this is because Blackboard has disabled the paste function with images.
The best way of inserting images is by using the plus ‘+’ icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Via the plus ‘+’ icon, you are able to upload an image from either your local device / computer or from your course files area.
This change is due to performance issues caused by the image pasting process.
